The Barbra Schlifer Clinic’s many dedicated volunteers are essential to its services and programs.

The commitment and energy of our volunteers reflect their determination to help women build lives free of violence; Volunteers are valued members of the Schlifer Clinic!  We know that many volunteers make personal sacrifices to be available at the Clinic, and we are grateful to every one of them.

As a volunteer you will:

Volunteer Opportunities:

The Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic is fortunate to have a small team of administrative and fundraising volunteers support us in our daily work at the Clinic. However, due to COVID-19 we are not currently allowing volunteers onsite, nor are we accepting new volunteers for onsite roles.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, many individuals have reached out to us to volunteer their time and skills. Knowing that members of our community are eagerly seeking ways to support our work has been very encouraging during these uncertain times. At the Clinic, we are still in the process of exploring remote volunteering roles, and plan to offer these types of opportunities in the near future. These opportunities will be posted here on our Volunteer page, as well as our social media platforms. If remote volunteering interests you, be sure to follow us on social media @SchliferClinic so you can be notified as soon as we are ready to accept applications.
